House Rules

Your pets welfare and well-being are paramount to us at all times.

This means that we have to insist on a few house rules. As you will agree this ensures that all cats enjoying their stay with us, while you’re enjoying your well-deserved break, are kept safe and well at all times.

The House Rules

  1. Only cats that have an up-to-date vaccination certificate against ‘cat flu’ and Feline Infectious Enteritis can be accepted for boarding. This certificate must be presented at each visit.
  2. No cat suffering from or suspected of suffering from any infectious disease can be accepted. All cats will be inspected on arrival and the proprietor reserves the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health, pending advice from a veterinary surgeon. Owners will appreciate that this is essential to safeguard the health of all cats boarded.
  3. We respectfully ask that you treat your cat for fleas/worming in the week prior to boarding.

Animal Medication and Health

Throughout the day we will monitor your animals health and physical well-being by checking that they are drinking and eating. If we feel your cat is not eating then we will change their diet accordingly.

Your cat will have lots of attention from us and with your cat’s permission, of course, we’ll lightly groom to create friendship completely free of charge.

Feel rest assured should your animal require daily medication then we have the confidence and experience to dispense the correct medication according to your instructions; from topical to oral application as well as injections we don’t have a problem with this.
